A brilliant opportunity for the right person that will evolve with the roll out and subsequent transformation that our client is about to embark on.... we are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to Business Partner their biggest brand change.
Whilst the role takes on an immediate operational "hands on" approach during the recruitment, assessment and selection processes the job will eventually evolve into a strategic HR role.
*Working with the Shared Service Centre to create and implement recruitment campaigns, assessment days and training plans
*Driving cultural change throughout the branches assessing training needs and ongoing development plans for existing staff
*Being the point of contact for all HR issues from the branch network, having the ability to stand alone and deal with situations as they arise to a successful outcome
*Experience of redundancy, tribunal and General ER experience is a must
*A giant in their market, global leaders in Retail & Logistics
*Investing millions in the development of their business over the next few years
*Still retaining an independent feel and an open-door policy - flat structure, able to make an impact
*Energetic and passionate about their work used to working in a fast-paced change environment
*Retail HR experience essential
*Knowledgeable and flexible in their ability to apply their HR knowledge to projects and tasks that may come through when least expected
*Adaptable to change
*Has the ability to make informed decisions
