I am delighted to be partnering with a leading global creative licensing business based in Central London and Essex. This is a business of 160 in the UK across both locations and will support the sales function in the UK as well as field sales across 7 European countries.
As HR Business partner for Sales you will be an inspirational leader for the group. You will thrive in a fast paced environment and be the driving force behind the growth of the sales function. Working closely with the Sales Manager & Sales Director you will train and develop the sales teams to success.
You will be responsible for all aspects of Organisational design and development, including org charts and role definition to create balanced teams. Restructuring and redundancy as required. Recruitment of your sales teams; utilising social media and LinkedIn to attract the best in the field. Managing the process end to end. Talent management; including full inductions of your new team members, creating and designing training workshops to ensure the sales managers are competent to manage their own teams. All employee relations relating to the sales function and importantly, reward, which will include Pay & benefits and company / sales incentives.
This is a non-hierarchical business and to succeed in this role, you will need to build relationships with peers, colleagues and stakeholders fast! Gaining credibility and being able to prove your value instantly is an absolute must. You will need to prove you are adding value in a short period of time, so will need to hit the ground running – experience of managing and supporting sales functions are an absolute must have.
