In the role of Operational Human Resources Business Partner, reporting to the Human
Resources Operations Manager, you will be in a position to provide advice, support and
guidance to managers and employees on people related matters focusing on supporting the
delivery of our innovative business strategy. It will be your responsibility as an enthusiastic,
forward thinking HR professional to ensure that the business is protected by adherence to all
relevant legislation, best practice and business process in an environment of continuous
improvement and evolution.

JOB ROLE

What makes this a truly interesting and rewarding role is the opportunity to support timely
and efficient delivery and evaluation of both cyclical and planned HR programmes and
projects within the organisation to agreed terms of reference. You will provide specialist HR
advice to line managers and employees ensuring a consistent approach is taken. You will work
in partnership with Strategic HRBPs organisational efficiency, effectiveness and change plans,
providing expert organisational effectiveness advice, to enable a high performing organisation.
You will need to manage recruitment in line with best practice methods and perform
appropriate analysis to make recommendations for future activity. Working with assigned HR
Administrators and Strategic HRBP to ensure HR service delivery to require service level
agreements, supporting development and implementation of appropriate solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

You will have basic commercial awareness, an intermediate level of employment law
knowledge, employee relations experience and an advanced level of interviewing skills.
Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills are also essential in order
to be successful in the role.
