HR Business Partner Supply Chain & Operations - Temporary Contract for 12 Months

Day rate circa £280 per day dependent on experience.

This position will be for a period of up to 12 months.

About the role

We have an opportunity for a HR Business Partner either full time or 4 days per week to join our established Global HR Team at our Accolade Park site close to the M5 near Bristol. You will be the working within our large FMCG Supply Chain and Operations department supporting different client groups with a diverse range of requirements on a daily basis and… you will have the chance to learn about the wine industry within the UK’s Number 1 Wine Company, where you can gain WSET qualifications!

About the location

Accolade Park  is the largest bottling plant in the Northern Hemisphere UK Headquarters in Weybridge.  In 2015 we were delighted to be the Winners of the World Class Manufacturing award at The Manufacturer MX Awards.  Over 500 of our 1700 staff across the world are based here, and enjoy the benefits of a fantastic onsite subsidised, gym, exercise classes, staff wine shop and free parking. About the role

In this role you will be a member of the wider HR team supporting global changes and initiatives. You will report into the HR Manager for Supply Chain and Operations, responsible for providing  HR services to your client group in a predominantly unionised environment.  Services include recruitment, employee relations, performance management and commissioning Learning and Development support.

About you

You will have demonstrable experience of working within a fast paced Unionised environment in a similar generalist or HR Business Partner role.

Ideally you will be working toward or gained a relevant CIPD qualification.

You will have the flexibility to work out of office hours and travel where necessary.
