Annapurna have partnered with a global Financial services organisation who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join the team and partner with their Technology business unit.

The company are going through a business-wide Transformation and the HR Business Partner will drive the people agenda for their respective business unit in line with the transformation.

They will ideally do this using Agile Methodology.

The successful candidate must have:

- Extensive experience of working as a HR Business Partner for technology teams

- Experience of working in large scale change environments.

- Detailed understanding of Agile Methodology.

- Experience of working in a complex, matrixed organisation.

- Experience of working with unions preferred but not essential.
