Initial 6-12 month contract
Our Client is looking to appoint a HR Change Advisor with vast experience in recruitment processes, to join them on an initial 6-12 month contract. The role is based in Manchester but you would be expected to travel across the UK as required.
Within the role, you will work alongside the Operations team, reviewing and improving their recruitment processes and workforce planning for volume recruitment. Interacting with General Managers and Operations Director of our operational sites, you will be analytical and able to look at volume and planning and how this turns into hours and people.
This role needs someone who has good knowledge in processes that work within volume recruitment. With a strong background in manufacturing, and an understanding of the peaks that this environment can bring, you will be experienced in implementing new processes which bring positive results. A good communicator who has a drive to accomplish their goal, you will ideally be CIPD qualified but this is not essential.
