HR Change & Organisational Effectiveness Manager

Our client is a leader in their field, looking for a dynamic, driven career motivated looking to progress within a Technology based matrix, commercial global organisation.
Working closely with senior level stakeholders to enable the development of effective and efficient business structures, supporting processes and ways of working.
This role is responsible for supporting the design of global Organisation Effectiveness & Change strategy and approach, focused on: organisation design, organisation effectiveness, change development
Lead role in driving and supporting the Global HR operating model - organisation design, structures, roles, governance model & ways of working
Defines and manage the global Change strategy
Key role in driving and managing Change activities for the global HRIS implementation program
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a management level role with in a commercial environment
Fully CIPD Qualified (or equivalent business qualification). Degree educated or proven work experience
A high level understanding of all aspects of HR ideally through working in a commercial organisation such as a FMCG.
Strong coaching, facilitation and consultancy skills with a proven track record of being able to influence at all levels and especially the Executive level.
Highly skilled at managing relationships and conflicting priorities at a senior level.
Exceptional influencing skills.
High degree of commercial acumen, high potential looking to make next step in their career.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven relevant work experience - within a consultancy
