Annapurna HR are working exclusively with an industry leading organisation who are undergoing a substantial change in their way of working within HR, transforming to a more digital age and introducing a new cloud based HR system.
This role, sitting within the Change Management department will be providing the essential International Change Management requirement for a programme of this size, ensuring the substantially differing cultures across the organisation are successfully integrated into the new cloud HR system.
It will be imperative for the successful candidate to be a superb stakeholder manager, driver of initiatives and exceptional influencer of people. The individual must be a change agent in its truest sense of the word. International experience will play a key part in the successful individuals repertoire along with the combined experience of cloud HR systems experience - ideally SuccessFactors.
This opportunity will have massive amounts of senior visibility across the globe working people from many different time zones and will truly challenge the successful candidate.
