Are you an ambitious HR Assistant looking to grab a chance as a Coordinator for a leading creative media agency? Our client is looking for a pro-active go-getter to join their support and support their superstar HR Manager!
Assisting the global business (circa x90 in London), you’ll be part of a hugely talented HR team and have some exposure to across Europe and the US. This role will see you in a generalist capacity, supporting on the entire employee lifecycle with some involvement in key projects for the business and payroll assistance. Bringing your expertise, your opinion will be highly regarded with creative suggestions to improve present procedures.
You’ll ultimately be the lynchpin that handles the all-important administration and coordination of HR functions business-wide from management of induction processes through to supporting the development of training and development programmes.
