Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join a highly successful global engineering business in Rotherham. This a newly created role and an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to become part of a fast growing business that is recognised as a market leader in its industry.
This HR Coordinator will be response for providing an effective and efficient HR support service to all employees, ranging from the Senior Management Team through to key external suppliers. This is a standalone position based at Rotherham however some travel to other sites will be required.
Duties & Responsibilities will include the following:
*Managing the recruitment process including creating job specs, liaising with agencies and assisting with interviews
*Monitoring holidays, sickness and absences
*Rolling out group HR initiatives to the UK sites
*Arranging contracts of employment, references and inductions for starters
*Identifying any and arranging any necessary training for employees
*Assisting with exit interviews and the leaver process
*Reporting HR KPI's to the business and collating HR reports
*Dealing with employee queries
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experience:
*Minimum 3 years' experience HR Administration experience
*CIPD Qualified or working towards (desirable)
*Ability to work on you own initiative
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Strong IT skills Incl. Microsoft packages and bespoke HR systems
*Confident dealing with queries from various levels of staff
