My client, a global creative agency, is looking to recruit a HR Coordinator to join their collaborative and social HR team based in the heart of central London. Currently going through an exciting period of change, this is a fantastic time to join the business and is an opportunity to take ownership of the HR administration, act as a first point of HR contact across the business, and take on a truly genreralist support role.
Reporting into the HR Director, the HR Coordinator will coordinate the onboarding process including obtaining references, right to work, updating staff records for new starters and run all inductions into the business. The HR COordinator will be responsible for the coordination of training and performance management processs, and will be responsible for payroll and benefits administration. As well as this, there is scope for involvement in project work as it comes up, fiving you a chance to really stretch up and be a very visible HR presence in the team.
Ideally, you will have 12months experience within a HR function, and experience of working within the media/creative industries is preferred. Candidates should have excellent IT skills, have a high attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, as well as a clear and concise communication style. Previous exposure to using a HR system is highly advantageous. This person should be someone who is capable of working effectively on their own initiative, and who is adaptable and able to respond quickly in a dynamic environment.
