An exciting opportunity is available for a HR Coordinator to join a creative agency , going through an exciting period of change and transformation of the HR offering. They are looking for a HR Coordinator to support an inspiring HR Director and provide a fully generalist HR service across the offices in the UK and EMEA.
The HR Coordinator will play a key role responsible for generalist and administrative support relating to all aspects of the employee life-cycle. Here you will be the first point of contact on all HR related matters and will support the delivery of the businesses HR strategy through effective coordination and management of the generalist remit. Responsibilities will include the co-ordination of new starter processes and the management of day to day HR processes, such as promotions, starter/leavers, maternity and payroll. You will support ER cases, the performance review process, coordination of L&D activities, be responsible for benefits and pension administration and will have a lot of exposure to a range of exciting HR projects.
The ideal candidate would be CIPD qualified/studying towards a CIPD qualification, and have experience of working in a generalist HR position within a fast paced creative or media business. You will have strong stakeholder management skills, and will be able to demonstrate previous experience of acting as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor to a variety of levels of seniority.
