I’m working on a hugely exciting opportunity with an incredible company who are responsible for ground-breaking innovations in technology, requiring a HR Coordinator to join their exceptional team. Reporting into the HR Business Partner and working alongside another HR Coordinator, you’ll support the business a very visible, people focused role. This business has a huge emphasis on leading by example and empowerment, and in this start-up culture you’ll be a part of a HR generalist team whose mission is to create a value-add HR service focusing on independence and continuous progression.
As HR Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for being a first point of contact for queries, the administration of the full employee lifecycle and onboarding process. Supporting on the development of processes, you’ll be able to bring ideas and suggestions which work for the business to engage employees and will coordinate training and development opportunities for all employees. You’ll also support across a variety of project work including projects around engagement, diversity and reward.
By no means is this the extent of what you’ll be able to do here! This is a fast-growth business which is constantly evolving, so will require someone who is genuinely passionate about the company vision, comfortable with taking ownership of their duties and wants to grow with the business in their own experience. The ideal candidate for the HR Coordinator role will have a minimum of 6-12months HR experience, will be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communications skills, and have an exceptional level of organisation and attention to detail.
