A fantastic HR Coordinator opportunity is available for an established HR Administrator within a leading media agency. They are looking for a confident and established HR Administrator to manage the employee lifecycle, champion their benefits and be the ‘go to’ for all HR queries.
The HR team work very closely with the business and as HR Coordinator, you will be tasked with providing HR support across all areas, with a focus on owning the new starter process, payroll and benefits administration and managing the HR system. Here, you will have a variety of responsibilities in this role including finding new ways to improve the processes and make them more efficient for the team. This role is incredibly varied and will be suited to someone who embraces the challenge of working to and consistently meeting deadlines.
You will be a strong HR Administrator with a passion for HR, and will have relevant experience preferably gained in a large structure and fast paced media environment. You will be highly organised, with a flexible, can-do attitude. You will have strong analytical ability, excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.
