The HR Coordinator Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join our HR Services team on a 6 month FTC basis to ensure all HR Administration is carried out in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will be proactive and enthusiastic, with a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to use their initiative to ensure the smooth running of this important function within the business.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

+ Providing comprehensive support to the UK & Ireland team concerning the recruitment and on-boarding process for new starters; welcome packs, contracts, referencing and pre-employment checks guaranteeing full compliance.
+ Ensuring up to date employee records are held confidentially and accurately, complying with GDPR legislation.
+ Maintaining the electronic HR and payroll databases with accurate and timely records for actions affecting employees including starters, changes, leavers, absence and parental leave.
+ Dealing with HR and pay related queries, responding in a timely and professional manner.
+ Undertaking HR project work as and when required.
+ Any other administrative duties that require the assistance of the HR team.

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative abilities, preferably from an HR or payroll background, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will be able to plan and prioritise a large workload and demonstrate a “together we win” attitude towards the department and supporting your colleagues. You will also have excellent attention to detail and have a willingness to learn and develop. This is a really varied and busy role and will be an exciting challenge for the successful candidate
