Currently servicing 13,500 customers annually, we are a household name and make over 3 million delicious pastries every week, which we deliver nationwide to a variety of customers including local shops, supermarkets and stadiums. We also have ten distribution centres around the country, supplying fast food outlets, fish bars, restaurants, cafes, sandwich shops, independent retailers, schools, hospitals and hotels with a range of over 900 product lines.
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a HR Data Administrator to join us in Caerphilly, on a 3-6 month fixed term contract, initially starting off at three months. There is potential for this role to become permanent dependent upon business requirement.
As a HR Data Administrator, you will ensure all employees who work within Peter’s Food Service are compliant and legal, ensuring all departmental processes, procedures are up to date in line with legal statutes/regulations in line with the Ethical Standards Matrix.
Your duties as a HR Data Administrator will include (but are not limited to) assessing New Starters – ascertaining induction completion and compliance. Undertaking a full audit of all HR data which include but is not limited to; Right to Work compliance, updating current Sage system(s) with relevant hard copy file information, GDPR compliance and a data cleanse of all current employees. This role will also involve crossing referencing all current employees against a plan of mandatory and legally compliant paperwork across our Head Office and our Foodservice Division.
Working with the HR Manager and team to set up an appropriate data collation system/process, you will also work with departmental managers/HR and all other specific departments to collate all evidence required to comply with an ethical audit.
The successful candidate should have previous experience within Human Resources along with excellent administration experience. CIPD Level 3 or above is highly desirable, but not essential.
