Annapurna HR are seeking a HR Data & Compliance Specialist to lead the implementation and management of a new data strategy to comply with new regulations.

Key Responsibilties:

  • Support the development and implementation of Global HR data policies and procedures
  • Partner with our Data Protection officer to implement GDPR Programme requirements
  • Work with the security team to implement control objective and security standards
  • Document and implement ISO27001 programme actions to meet approved standards
  • Ensure policies, procedures, and processes are documented and version controlled
  • Manage communications for all new and updated policies and procedures
  • Occasional travel to other EU Offices

Key Experience:

  • Previous experience with HR Compliance
  • Deep understanding of relevant legislation across the EU
  • Expert knowledge of GDPR policy & ISO 27001
  • Experience working alongside Auditors
  • You are a "techy" person familiar with MS Office, and HRIS
