Salary range £30k-£40k, depending on experience

The role

Are you passionate about social enterprise? Keen to change the world of work for the better?

In this role, you will be in charge of HR and employee engagement at Auticon. You will work directly with the COO to implement and develop our HR set up and render it future-proof to match our ambitious plans for growth.

Main tasks include:

  • Development and implementation of Auticon’s HR processes, policies and strategy
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Organising and hosting internal events
  • Strategy for employee engagement
  • Co-hosting and facilitating skills assessments and workshops
  • Managing Access to Work claims
  • Supporting recruitment and operations as and when needed
  • Continuous and dedicated improvement of our procedures

Your profile

You have an outgoing, positive, proactive, assertive yet empathetic personality and a clear and straightforward communication style, with:

  • Background in HR or similar
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Above-average social and communication skills
  • Resilience and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at once
  • The ability to remain calm under stress and to prioritise under pressure
  • A passionate advocate for D&I, a good understanding of autism and neurodiversity
  • Experience with Access to Work would be a plus
  • Willingness to occasionally travel within the UK
  • Right to work in the UK
