Are you looking to add value at the most fundamental level within an HR Function. We are looking for an HR Generalist to join the team and have a focus within Europe.

You Will Have:

  • Be able to work comfortably within UK employment law and also German
  • A solid HR background, through an employees full lifecycle and everythign that entails
  • Have worked in a very fast paced team where your continued drive and initiative are put to great use
  • The ability to hit the ground running and pride yourself on being able to create strong stakeholder relationships

Desired skills and experience:

  • Confidence to coach line managers through policies and procedures
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law
  • Strong organisation and communication - both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and understand different departments needs and demands
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience using Excel as well as a HRIS
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Fluent German Speaker
