HR Generalist required! £30,000-£40,000 depending on experience.

We are at the forefront of Social Media listening. We help the worlds most exciting brands get closer to their customer. We are young, dynamic and shaping the way that brands listen to their consumers via social media. We have reshaped the way the world listens to their customers.

We have offices globally and can count Facebook, Nike and Redbull among our clients. We are at the cutting edge of our industry and are shaping the way the worlds biggest and most exciting brands engage with their customer.

Based in London's Shoreditch in possibly the coolest offices in London (think Google/Facebook style and you are on the right path) we seek a HR Generalist to join our global operations team.

AS HR Generalist you will be responsible for supporting the global operations team in implementing HR policies and procedures. You will oversee the following functional areas:

  • Human Resurce Information Systems
  • Departmental Development
  • Employee relations
  • Training and Development
  • Benefits - compensation
  • Employment

Aside from the typical daily HR functions - you will also be involved in all of the fun aspecs of working for a compamy like us. Planning company events, days out, annual company trips, staff icentives. No two days are the same with us!

Our staff are our most valuable commodity and we treat everybody with respect and support. We believe in empowering people so that they thrive within our company and can have a successful career with us.

We are looking for a self-motivated HR Generalist that is looking for a very rewarding challenge in a fast paced, rapidly growing business.
