We’re looking for a graduate to join our fast paced, fun and dynamic HR team at our Luton Airport EHQ office.

In return we will offer you a structured development journey including your own mentor, continuous development opportunities as well as full study support for your Level 7 Post Graduate CIPD Diploma.

Your career will start within our HR Services Team with you delivering a comprehensive HR back office service to our employees along with recruitment support to managers and candidates. During this time, you will support Employee Relation cases as well as working on various HR projects with the wider team.

Our ideal candidate is:

+ Looking to develop through the HR career path
+ Able to provide a customer centric HR service
+ Well organised and able to manage several topics simultaneously
+ Working in, or has experience working in, a HR role
+ Able to navigate confidentially in the MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
+ Willing to travel between sites when required
+ A great team player
+ Happy to relocate in order to further their career within the company
+ Educated to minimum 2:2 degree standard
+ Holding a full driving license
