This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy HR team in the public sector.
Your duties will be to manage the delivery of a comprehensive & professional HR service for line manager and employees. You will be ensuring people management issues are addressed appropriately.
Principle accountabilities include: Advice and Support, Employee Management, HR Frameworks and Policies, Workforce planning, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Pay and Reward, Partnerships and Financial Management.
You will be providing professional HR advice and support to managers on all operational issues, contributing to the on going development of the HR service through project work, implementing frameworks and policies, monitoring and analysing the workforce data and recommending solutions, preparing quarterly workforce reports, manage and maintain pay and reward systems.
The successful candidate should be a confident and strong HR Manager with the ability to lead a team. Good communication skills are key as well as the ability to meet deadlines and being an adaptable team player
You will be highly organised, proactive with a can do attitude someone who is confident and can drive things forward.
This role is an immediate start and does require the occasional county wide travel.
