HR Manager, c£40,000, London
Our client, a privately owned designer and manufacturer of high street fashions, based in London is looking for an HR Manager for a minimum of 3 months to provide start up HR Generalist support.
This dynamic and fast growing business recognise that they now need to implement all aspects of HR processes. This is a generalist stand alone role and reports to the Director of the business. You will be covering all aspects of HR in the role from contracts of employment, employee relations, performance management, designing and implementing employee hand books, policies & procedures and delivering a proactive and flexible HR service. This is a very 'hands on' role and you will also be covering two sites in Central London.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fast paced changing environment and be able to hit the ground running. To be considered for this role you must be CIPD qualified and have proven experience of generalist HR, preferably within the retail industry.
