The Role

Portfolio HR & Reward are now proud to be representing a highly recognised, listed banking corporation based in London. With offices across 60+ countries world-wide and consistent profit gains quarter-on-quarter, they are now looking in the market for a talented and dedicated HR Manager to lead a small team and focus on improving and optimising the current function. The role will be highly varied and a background across generalist HR, benefits, pensions and payroll will be needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of a small team of senior HR officers
  • Management of the payroll process and UK pension plans
  • Management of executive pay and reward
  • Point of contact for high-level queries across the business
  • Management and continuous improvement of the HRIS platform
  • Supervise and advise the HR team on technical matters
  • Propose, design and implement new systems and processes for the function
  • Keep up-to-date and make necessary changes in accordance to EU legislation
  • Supervise the reporting process
