Your new role
As the HR Manager you will be the primary support to the management team in the organisation for all employee relations issues. You’ll provide on the go support to employees across the group, many of which are regionally based working directly with service users. You’ll manage two HR Officers who focus on recruitment and HR administration. As their lead, you will help them raise the organisation’s profile and proposition for prospective hires and provide a strong employee support and life-cycle process. As you will report to a Senior Manager of HR, you will be involved in continuously developing Drive’s HR policies and the HR service to the business – ensuring that service to the service users is of the highest levels.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have experience in HR Management and your focus will be on engaging with staff, providing an open forum for them to seek your HR advice and services. You’ll have a collaborative approach to your work and the capability to continuously review and improve processes. You’ll will bring not only proven experience in a HR environment but back this up with relevant qualifications. CIPD level 5 or above desirable. Experience in the social care sector would be extremely beneficial but not a pre-requisite.
