HR Manager
Our client is one of the leading players in its particular sector of the nuclear industry.  Headquartered in Buckinghamshire, with enrichment sites in four separate countries employing a total of 1500, they have restructured their organisation and now seek an HR Manager for their HQ.
Position: HR Manager
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £60k - £85k per annum plus benefits
About the Role:
As part of the newly created Global Shared Services HR function, you will lead an HR team delivering business-focused HR solutions to the Corporate functions as well as support global initiatives across the four international sites. 
Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, and supported by Group Compensation & Benefits and Learning & Development, you will work in direct partnership with the site leadership team, developing and implementing HR initiatives to meet both the long term strategic plans and the more immediate shorter term operational needs. 
You will help drive the Company’s talent management strategy through attraction, succession and development, develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and manage organisational change programmes. 
In addition to your HR responsibilities you will also manage the Facilities Team encompassing the M&E infrastructure, maintenance, restaurant, security and HSE
About You:
Graduate calibre, preferably CIPD qualified, you will have proven HR experience operating at a senior level, with excellent organisational skills and the interpersonal skills to liaise equally with the Board and shop-floor.   You do not have to come from the Energy Sector but must have exposure to operational &/or manufacturing environments with shift work, unions, etc.
To be successful in the role you will be able to thrive in a fluid, uncertain and complex business environment.   Balancing the demands of the local and global human resources agendas you will always be able to instil confidence and integrity such that you gain and maintain trust and respect from management and staff.
