My client, a medium sized, full service legal 500 firm based in London are looking to recruit an HR Manager to their team. The role is a new position and will be a standalone role, contributing to the strategy and growth of the practice.
Working alongside the office manager and partners of the firm the role will include full-circle recruitment and onboarding of new staff. Employee relations and performance management are also an integral part of this role.
Job Title: HR Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + benefits
Previous experience working as an HR Manager within a law firm would be desirable, along with; circa 4 years experience in an HR generalist role and 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience. Candidates should be CIPD wualified or equivalent.
