Fantastic opportunity for a Talented HR Manager/Business partner to work for a TV Production organisation.
Working within a small HR team, reporting in to the Group Head of HR, the role of HR Business Partner will play a key part in the team, wider business and partnering with various productions across the UK.
The HR Manager/Business Partner will provide full generalist HR support for the UK based operating companies based in various locations and don't have an on-site HR presence.
An operational based role where you will be looking after the 360-generalist remit, advising managers, disciplinary's, Comp and Bens information, contracts, policies and procedures etc.
The successful candidate must be CIPD or A HR Graduate, can demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, have an adaptable and flexible attitude and approach. Happy to get involved in a variety of tasks and projects. Have a strong eye for detail and can add value to a small team.
You will have worked and a HR Business partner or HR Manager for a business that has multi sites located across the UK, so has the experience working with people remotely and ideally have experience within the TV production.
