HR Manager

Contract - Immediate start

Are you a talented HR Generalist with a proactive and personable attitude, can work autonomously and hit the ground running…?

In this role of HR Manager, you will be responsible for offering HR support to several of the business groups across EMEA while partnering the other internal HR specialist teams. You will be getting involved in various projects and areas of change that may be happening within the business.

You will have the confidence and credibility to advise on a variety of HR related subjects and can influence Managers on HR best practice. Proven HR generalist experience in a fast-paced organisation, have strong communication and relationship skills, A real hands-on attitude, have a strong understanding of UK Employment Law in theory and in practise. Experience of working with and partnering with remote teams across a matrix structure.

This is a short-term contract to cover whilst the wider HR team go through a period of change and restructure.
