My client, a medium sized, full service legal 500 firm based in London are looking to recruit an HR Manager to their team. The role will be very hands on with the support of an administrator, contributing to the strategy and growth of the practice.
Working alongside the office manager and partners of the firm the role will include full-circle recruitment and onboarding of new staff. Employee relations and performance management are also an integral part of this role.
Job Title: HR Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + benefits
Previous experience working as an HR Manager within a law firm would is essential, along with; circa 4 years experience in an HR generalist role and 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience. Candidates should be CIPD qualified or equivalent.
