The role based in London and will be using HR to create the values needed to support the business leaders and continue to grow the HR culture, while ensuring excellent processes are being delivered to hold on to the best talent.

Finding the best talent, using avenues and testing to achieve those results.Taking them through the onboarding, talent is retained and developed to the highest standard. Do not forget they are not just an employee but also a person.
As part of the best team you will also be able to work within current systems to ensure that payroll and information is is the correct places and used accurately in a time efficient way. HR is all about efficient provision of information with a very human aspect, which is why we love it.
The company as a whole, has multinational stakeholder which you will be managing to effectively improve the accuracy across the business as this can only be achieved through the best HR.
Being mindful with the ability to innovate, design and implement HR at a high level. L&D is very exciting and you will love to use your understanding within your role, recruitment being a part of this as finding the best person for the role is the foundation to build on.
You will have:
- The ability to lead HR strategies and operations
- Demonstrable L&D experience and ability to implement high level and innovative HR
- 3 or more years in the incredible area of HR
- CIPD (Full or Part Qualified)
- Bachelors or the equivalent of in HR, Business Admin or a similar area
