Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a HR Manager for highly successful and fast growing business located in Sheffield, initially on a 12 month fixed term contract. Employing c100 staff and continuing to grow, the HR Manager is pivotal in providing a high quality and effective HR service across all functions.
As part of the senior management team, the HR Manager will work with the Directors and Managers to provide advice and guidance on all HR matters and develop HR processes for the business. In addition you will have direct line management of a small HR team and will be and will be accountable for the output of this busy team to meet the requirements of the business.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and will be able to quickly develop strong relationships across the organisation. You will have a flexible and commercial approach, enabling you to effectively lead the development of staff in line with the culture and values of the business. This is autonomous role in a fast paced, energetic environment where no two days are the same and you will be expected to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities will include the following:
*Working with directors and managers to provide support and guidance on all HR related issues
*Manage and develop the HR team
*Design and implementing HR policies and processes
*Responsibility for the HR, Training and Recruitment budget and reporting
*Recruitment including inductions and on boarding
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills & experience:
*HR Generalist experience gained within an SME environment
*Proven team management experience
*Ability to communicate and influence across all levels particularly at senior manager/director level
*Proven ability to make commercial decisions
*Resilient, enthusiastic and a can-do attitude
