Elevation HR are currently recruiting for an HR Manager for a well-known award winning not-for-profit organisation based in West Yorkshire.
The successful candidate will work with the Senior Management team and the CEO to lead, encourage and develop the HR function to deliver extensive change and engagement programmes.
*To nurture Senior Managers and Executives, developing motivated and motivating teams across the organisation
*Drive the Organisational Development Plan forwards
*Oversee the key pillars of the HR function, including Reward, Change, Payroll, Recruitment and ER
*Have extensive change management experience, to include Tupe, redundancy, harmonisation and contractual variations
*Understanding of collective bargaining and Trade Union relationships
This is an ideal role for someone looking for a role with the full remit, being able to challenge status quo, and implement a full HR structure into an expanding company.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*CIPD level 7 and strong generalist HR experience
*Demonstrable examples of leading complex ER cases, large scale organisational change programmes and large-scale end to end recruitment campaigns
*Culturally aware and possess the ability to influence and guide at all levels
*Understanding and experience in Employee engagement, Compensation and Benefits.
*A natural leader, influencer and credible Manager for all levels
