We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Manager / Human Resources Manager to work with a multi-award winning multifaceted organisation who are involved in design and manufacturing across various sectors.
SALARY: £38,000- £45,000
COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Thetford, Bury St Edmunds, Norwich, Newmarket, Cambridge, Ely, Norfolk
The role as HR Manager for this multi-award winning organisation will suit someone who has a passionate focus on culture and employee satisfaction, and wants a role where they can make a true difference.
The aim for this company, which currently has around 80 staff, is to become known as a people empowered organisation. They understand that employees are the core to the success of a business.
You will manage a HR Assistant and be involved across the business in all aspects of day to day HR Management. The main area of focus will be to work closely with the Group Managing Director and assist in instrumenting a solid HR strategy which will be based around best practice and become recognised as an employer of choice.
REQUIREMENTS - HR Manager
In order to be considered for this role we are looking for the following skills and experience:
• HR Management experience.
• Ideally CIPD qualified.
• Passionate about creating a people focussed working environment.
• Proven experience making a real difference in an organisation.
• Up to date knowledge of HR legislation.
