We are currently looking for a HR Manager to join a media company in London on a part time basis.
Salary: £45,000 pa.
To start: ASAP
Reports to: Head of finance
To manage the HR processes of the Company, provide advice and guidance on all HR employee rated issues and be responsible for facilities & administration for both sites
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work closely with the departments to implement HR policies and procedures
Monitor and manage staff benefits
Report on staff sickness and absences, and support managers in managing poor performance.
Planning and sometimes delivering training, including inductions for new staff * Provide liaison with the Company's external advisers and providers with regard
Manage and oversee the recruitment of staff to include developing Job Descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates and ensuring all staff vetting procedures are adhered to
