HR MANAGER, UK/IRE/ICE & SA

Based in our EMEA HQ in Richmond you will report to the HR Vice President, EMEA & APAC and will have key exposure to the executive leadership team across the region. You will be a key member of the EMEA and Global HR team.
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience of designing and implementing HR projects and programs across Europe and wider countries. A big part of the day to day duties for this role will be supporting Senior Managers with organization and talent review/succession planning ensuring this follows the business strategy.
The successful applicant MUST have a solid understanding of EMEA employment laws and regulations and the ability to quickly gain an understanding of systems and processes. You need to have a passion for Talent Management and HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, multitask effectively and build strong working relationships across the Sabre business units. You would have experience working with ER cases at all levels and supported people issues linked to business and organizational change.
Sabre is ideally looking for a humble character, strong relationship builder who already has a credible HR background in a commercial/ entrepreneurial organisation looking for a varied Senior HR role in a fast pace environment. This role would suit someone very much on the ascent in their career, degree educated (or similar) with an inquisitive mindset –
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with proven progressive experience in Human Resources.
Previous experience in a commercial environment is a must, international experience would be a
Ability and charisma to deal with ambiguity and complexity, and to interface with senior stakeholders
in a matrix environment.
Well-honed project management skills and excellent leadership, driven by in-depth knowledge and
gravitas to drive change and rally action are essential to this role.
Very solid knowledge of ER and labor law.
Contract - FTC for 12 months
