Elevation HR are currently recruiting for an HR Manager for a professional services business in West Yorkshire. You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service across the firm. Working with stakeholders and managers across a variety of HR initiatives whilst providing operational generalist support.
Responsibilities to include:
*Work closely with line managers on employee performance, absence, grievance and disciplinary management.
*Supporting line managers with recruitment; liaise with external recruitment partners and provide support throughout interview and on-boarding process.
*Support to line managers and employees with compensation and benefits
*Design and implement training strategies and support line managers with performance reviews.
*Develop and update HR policies and documents including Employment Contracts and Employee Handbook.
*Develop employee retention and engagement initiatives, in line with company culture and values
*On boarding new starters.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*Proven experience as an HR Generalist ideally gained in a professional services environment
*CIPD qualification or equivalent, or working towards this.
*Excellent influencing and communication skills
*Strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills essential
*Case management and strong UK employment law knowledge
*Excellent literacy and numeracy
*Have worked within an HR department previously covering recruitment/training/employee life cycle changes.
