My client, a global Hospitality brand, are seeking a HR Manager to add to their team in London.

You will be based at the Head Office in North London with some travel, though this will not be frequent. You will be a person with a positive mindset who is ambitious and happy to work within a fast-paced environment. You will be high energy and passionate about what you do. Your background will ideally be Hospitality and/ or retail.

Your role will be generalist and the main points will be to drive the people agenda for your client group at the Head Office. You will report in to the Senior HR Manager and the Head of HR.

Your duties will compose a mix of ER, Policy, L&D,Engagment, Analytics and HR System. There will be GDPR training to carry out across the business and best practice must be followed.

Ideally you will have a degree or the equivalent experience and CIPD is desirable. You will be able to start within one month ideally.

In return you will get 25 days Annual leave plus BH, work a 35 hour week (more when the business requires) get private health insurance and attractive discount schemes for the organisation and its partners both locally and nationally.
