HR Manager, Professional Services, London

My client is looking for an HR Manager or a strong HR Advisor to join their organisation and partner a client facing division. This is a brand new role and you will have responsibility for building relationships with the senior leadership team, gaining an understanding of the business and its needs, delivering HR BAU activities and implementing people projects.

The role will work as part of the wider HR team and you'll have the opportunity to progress and develop. The firm promotes flexibility and diversity.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

- strong Employee Relations experience, with evidence to show this

- experience operating as a trusted advisor and business partner

- experience working in a partnership model is beneficial
