You will be based in central London, Farringdon and will be able to start within one month. This role will be to look after the staff in the Head Office and the 30+ restaurants around London and Ireland. There will be some travel required to these. You will have experience of your client group being a mixture of Head Office and Operational Front of House staff incuding Duty Managers and Shift Managers.
This role will be mainly operational to start with strategic points of the role coming in over the next 12 months and moving forwards. You will report to the Global People Director based out of Europe. You will get a strong level of autonomy and be able to really own the role moving forwards.
You will have experience in recruitment, Learning and Development, Training, Policies & Procedures, Employee Relations, Data Analysis & Systems HR tasks within the organisation.
You will be driven and ambitous and happy to work in a standalone role/ small team where you are held accountable for the work you do.
