An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager/People Partner to join one of our widely successful, fast-growing clients based in Trafford Park. Our client provides services to global brand customers. This role will be reporting directly to the Managing Director to support the company with delivery their future growth plans.

Must have to apply:

·         CIPD qualification

·         Previous experience in a HR Advisor/Manager role

·         Experience of working within an SME environment

Job Role and Responsibilities

·         Ability to deliver wider HR project work

·         Experience and confidence to devise and implement HR initiatives

·         Competency in providing HR management information and reports

·         Ability to utilise HR Systems and other software for reporting purposes

·         Managing disciplinary, grievance and absence management cases

·         Managing the recruitment process

·         Support the business through proactive employee engagement initiatives

·         Coaching line managers and heads of department

·         Developing the ‘People Strategy’ for the business

·         Project managing and implementing agreed action plans and objectives

·         HR administration

·         HR advisory work

·         Strategic work

Skills and attributes:

·         Considerable HR generalist and ER experience

·         Ability to work in a stand-alone role supported by an external HR consultancy who will provide up to date policies, contracts, templates, support and guidance

·         Flexible and adaptable to meet the continuing changing needs of the business

·         Team player

·         Self-starter with a proactive mind-set and the ability to challenge when necessary

·         Highly organised with strong attention to detail

·         Focused on delivering results

Salary and Hours of Work:

·         £28,000 - £32,000 per annum dependant on experience

·         Full time – Monday – Friday (hours to be confirmed)
