Elevation HR are excited to be working on behalf of one of our leading Engineering/Manufacturing clients based in Sheffield who are looking to recruit a highly organised and passionate Human Resources Manager to join their reputable and successful organisation.

Reporting into the HR Director; this role will be responsible for the site, supporting on the development of business goals and objectives with a focus on Employee Relations, Development and Training, as well as Talent resourcing. The successful candidate will develop a customer driven and continuous improvement approach.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Supporting senior management on all of areas HR
- Further developing talent streams in line with business goals
- Developing training needs analysis and skills matrices
- Exploring new ways to attract funding and support for people development
- Coaching support to all levels of managers through formalised leadership development
- Continuous development and implementation of HR Policies and Procedures
- Coaching, advising and mentoring Managers on complex HR/ER issues
- Ensuring company compliance with UK legislation mitigating risk
- Driving and supporting on specialist projects both UK and global
- Line managing HR Administration, systems and processes
- The role will also involve a level of admin as required for a lean HR team

Elevation HR are keen to speak with HR Professionals with the following skills & experience:

- Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent
- Previous experience at HR Manager level within a manufacturing or similar environment
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiating capability
- Passionate about people development and maximising people capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects
- Fully competent in Microsoft packages and HR Systems
- Must be committed, flexible with a positive "can-do" attitude
