An exciting opportunity has come up for a talented HR professional to join our law firm client with a fantastic reputation.

This role would be an excellent step for a Snr HR Advisor or Junior HR Professional to step into their first HR Manager role. Working with an insprirng HR Director with whom I have know for many years.

You will directly manage and support the end-to-end HR offering to the organisation, acting as the point of contact for managers and employees alike. You will also be an integral part of the team in developing the people strategy for the business. The learning on offer and mentorship from the HRD is a large draw card for the right individual to progress their career.

This is a broad role within a dynamic organisation and so, no two days will ever be the same.

What we are looking for:

* A proven HR generalist background, derived from a Professional Services organisation
* A willingness to be hands on with involvement in a number of projects and manage changing priorities effectively.
* Strong business acumen, and experience to take ownership of key projects
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* CIPD qualified/ preferred

This really is a great role with huge potential to work very closely with the senior stakeholders within the business, as well as hone your own skillset and work alongside a fantastic team.
