They are seeking a forward-thinking, highly motivated and experienced HR individual to join their team and contribute to their continued success and growth through people development. This role will support all 3 companies and will report into the Operations Director.

- Being a point of contact for all HR enquiries
- Develop and update HR policies in line with employment legislation updates
- Manage complex employee relations casework with department managers including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, redundancy and TUPE
- Managing the recruitment process with department managers - this may include writing job descriptions and creating interview guides
- Provide monthly reports to the Board of Directors
- Provide information of new starters, leavers, absence, maternity, paternity, etc to payroll , including checking payroll
- Manage the probationary period cycle across the business
- Manage and coach the HR Administrator
- Deliver HR projects in a timely manner
- Ensure legal compliance

What they are looking for:
- Experience at HR Manager level (5+years) and be seeking a role to allow you to excel in a fast passed retail environment
- Fully CIPD qualified
- A confident and secure knowledge of all current HR and UK employment legislation and be able to implement HR requirements, but also able to interpret and explain them to others
- Strong interpersonal, communication and diplomacy skills and a clear and confident ability to manage, lead and advise
- Confidence in being involved and being able to manage with day-to-day operational HR processes and procedures
- Able to work from floor to Senior Management level
- Able to deal with sometimes challenging situations and follow through with required actions
- Be highly organised and able to understand and manage complex processes and situations
- Integrity and approachable, Staff must feel able to discuss sensitive and confidential issues with you
- Ability to cope with varied workload and differing priorities
- Have experience working within the retail sector, and/or multi-site environment
