We are working on behalf of one of London’s foremost marketing and communications agencies which requires an experienced HR Manager to join at a very exciting time of development in their HR team.

A creative and ambitious agency, they are looking for a HR Manager to be a partner to their client group and take a true value add approach to their people. You’ll coach and advise on ER issues and provide hands-on, operational support to the business.  Reporting into the Head of HR, you’ll manage the complex needs of the organisation, whilst advising line managers strategically.

You will be implementing processes and initiatives which will enable them to identify, develop and retain their talent, bring a fresh approach to the performance management and the appraisal process, and manage internal mobility. You will be responsible for the continued development of learning solutions for the business, including maintenance and development of internal training programme and will uphold and continue to develop the strong culture and brand vision they have.

As the successful candidate, you’ll be CIPD qualified and have previous experience within a creative business, preferably an agency environment.  You’ll have knowledge of global mobility and strong ER knowledge with practical experience. You’ll be a strong leader for your client group and be proactive in looking for solutions to enhance people development.
