This is an exciting role for an HR Manager to join a leading creative brand. As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing an effective HR functional resource which provides guidance and support for management on recruitment, employee relations, policies/procedures, and employment practices. The post holder will also be involved in implementing best practice HR management. This is a hands-on role and the post holder will be responsible for providing and delivering a pro-active service to the business for a staff base of c. 150. The HR Manager will work alongside the Talent Director to provide a holistic HR offering to the business.
Skills & Experience:
Ideally have experience of working in creative or related industries.
Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
Generalist HR Manager experience.
Strong HR technical skills and up to date employment law knowledge.
Experience of TUPE and harmonisation of T&Cs and policies an advantage.
Recruitment experience an advantage.
Experience of dealing with payroll queries
Ability to work independently and motivate themselves in a standalone role.
CIPD qualified or equivalent with experience.
