HR Manager - Must have Creative / Design Experience - Up to £50,000 pa.

Our client, a leading creative design industry based in London is looking for a standalone HR Manager to join their strong team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collegiate business with plenty of opportunity to take on numerous projects and guide the business through commercial decisions as well as general HR processes and policies.

Ideally, the successful candidate will be able to start in the next couple of weeks.

Role details:

  • Full HR capabilities, managing existing processes, improving processes and creating some processes and policies

Key requirements:

  • Proven HR experience of managing a business area/whole business in a standalone capacity.
  • Hands on and commercial HR experience and willingness to get involved in everything
  • Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment
  • Creative / Design industry sector experience is essential
