A digital agency is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the business and continue its’ upward people trajectory! As the generalist responsible for all areas of HR for the business, you’ll partner closely with the senior management team and a HR Consultant to deliver the people strategy, and be a visible business partner to the team.
As the standalone HR Manager, you’ll have ownership of the day to day people function, with direct report into the senior management team offering solid advisory support. In addition to generalist ownership of ER, recruitment partnering, L&D and performance management, areas of focus will include cementing HR processes; this is an open book when it comes to implementing creative ideas to continue the betterment of the talent within the business, whilst continuing with existing programmes.
As the successful candidate, you’ll have gravitas and be used to working both operationally in a standalone function. You’ll have tenacity and be able to encourage and influence when required, presenting to senior management in a consultative and commercial manner. You’ll be CIPD qualified and have experience within the media and creative industries.
