Salary: £41,025 to £45,746 per annum (Up to £5000 relocation expenses)

The Council has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and engaging HR Manager to join their senior team. This is a wide-ranging and challenging role in which no two days will be the same and where you will be responsible for the delivery of their People strategy.
As their lead advisor on every aspect of HR, you will work closely with the senior management team, as well as elected members and staff. Reporting directly to their Corporate Directors, you will be comfortable and expert at quickly establishing credibility and working on your own initiative, being happy to take responsibility and accountability for all HR matters.
Leading an HR team encompassing recruitment, employee relations, learning and development and payroll, you will have a background as a true HR generalist who is able to work at both an operational and strategic level.
