Annapurna are currently working with a leading global organisation who are looking for an individual to support the Head Office in London c. 600 employees.

The HR Manager is stepping into an essential role going forward, from both an internal efficiency perspective but also from a functional standpoint; ensuring the success of governed and regulated divisions from a process and data outlook. This role will be to mentor a team of 3 to success, as well as working with stakeholders to establish their need.

This global business requires the potential candidate to have had exposure of working in a multi-faceted global, matrix organisation, with experience of operating in complex environments. Management & leadership experience is key in this HR Manager role.

Experience of the full employee life cycle will be required, ranging from HR Advisory, Payroll, Pensions & Benefits, International mobilit with additional project work when required.
